1. Residential Energy Optimization Report. This whole-home energy assessment report was designed around homeowner concerns expressed in focus groups. They want to understand all their options and where they get their largest payback.

Writesoft and Manual J are great tools, but don’t educate the homeowner about energy saving investments other than HVAC. The Residential Energy Optimization Report gives the homeowner a whole home energy assessment with a focus on HVAC. It educates the homeowner in simple English, showing him that HVAC is the largest energy use in his home, and retrofitting a high-efficiency heating or cooling system is the most cost-effective way to reduce his energy bill. It also provides estimated savings for other services you might provide, like duct work, insulation, and high efficiency water heater installation. It even addresses projects that the homeowner can do for himself, like weatherization.

Best of all, our report is fully automated. Do it all – walk through and data entry – in less than an hour. You can even enter your blower door and duct blaster results.

2. Load Estimation Report. With information from a half-hour walk-through of the home, this report enables you to “right-size” the equipment for your proposal. If you are quoting a retrofit sized to match the existing unit, 70% of the time you are quoting too large a unit. Get the size right and quote a smaller, more competitively priced unit!

3. AirAdvice Monitor. Data on temperature, humidity and CO2 from the AirAdvice monitor is fed into the report generation software to tailor the report to the specific home. Additional data on particulates, VOCs and CO inform the Indoor Air Quality Report if you choose to add this option.
