June 2011 Software Release Notes and Addition to the BuildingAdvice Technical Support Team

We recently updated the BuildingAdvice software to improve the integrity of the data exchange with ENERGY STAR’s Portfolio Manager system. This will improve our ability to get buildings in and out of Portfolio Manager. We also added the Senior Care Facility building type, bringing us up to date with the most current ENERGY STAR ratable facility list.

Kansas Contractor Gets Energy Star Recognition for Courthouse

McElroy’s Inc. , a mechanical, energy and plumbing provider, has completed the HVAC upgrades and project work resulting in an EnergyStar Certification for the Jackson County Courthouse in Holton, Kansas. After an energy evaluation by McElroy’s, the Courthouse received an energy performance rating of 99 out of a possible 100.
