Our support services strive to be the best in class as we are in business to help your business succeed. This is best accomplished through a combination of live support (email, phone, and webinars), and online recorded trainings. Our services include training on the BuildingAdvice product conducted as live webinars and also through recorded session’s available on-demand. We help to integrate Energy Star’s Portfolio Manager service for your company within our software application, and help your staff understand the basic dynamics between Energy Star’s Portfolio Manager System, its ratings of buildings, and how BuildingAdvice uses it. We will also help your staff with basic integrated building energy/HVAC systems understanding as it pertains to the reports our software delivers, and the best practice approaches for targeting energy savings opportunities in existing building.
